The first could be the person struggling with what I call COVID Crazy. The stress of the pandemic has messed up your motivation and cluttered your thinking. You need help clearing out some of the microtraumas preventing you from moving forward.
Those who need strategic help have some level of clarity on what their goals are. However, they are having difficulty taking the actions they know they need to take due to some specific mental blocks.
MFA is not for those who are looking for "motivation." It is for those willing to put in the deep work to get to the core issues. We are all born with motivation. It just needs to be unearthed. Emotional trauma has led to the scar tissue of hindering beliefs that put out our fire. Address the trauma, and you will find your inspiration again.
MFA also will not work for those who will not take the time to do the homework. We make time for the things that are important to us. You have to do the assigned work to break free from the rut and get your fire back.

MFA does not treat or cure these conditions. However, the system will help lessen these disorders' impact on your function. Why did I create Mind For Action? I want to see people get out of this COVID Crazy and live life to the full.
As a former United States Marine, champion weightlifter, and entrepreneur with five businesses, I understand the power of setting goals and putting in the work to achieve them. I also know how mental clutter and chaos caused by the pandemic can keep us from putting in the work to accomplish our goals or develop a clear life vision in the first place. Part of this clutter is in the beliefs from the many life traumas and micro-traumas from our past that have been stirred up by COVID. This clutter can lead to the bad habits we work hard to break, the ones that are keeping us from taking action!
I can speak from personal experience. As a husband and father of two children, I have seen the effects of many of the hindering beliefs I have formed over the years. They pop up to the surface in my relationship habits with my family. For example, I sometimes give my wife the "silent" treatment or lash out in harsh words to my children. In those situations, I know that I did so because I have underlying beliefs that have caused me to interpret and respond to hurtful situations through dark-colored glasses.
I've also seen this in my relationship with myself. When I am unmotivated and don't do the work I need to do to achieve a goal I set out to accomplish. I know that I have energy-draining beliefs running in the background on my "mental home screen." When I eat junk food because I am stressed, I know I have thoughts preventing me from crushing this bad habit.
There are hindering beliefs at the root of the habits that cause me to be unkind to my family or myself. All these habits keep me from taking action toward living my vision.
Fortunately, I have overcome many of them; but it is still a journey. We all have hindering beliefs at work in us. Our beliefs may be wreaking havoc on the habits we need in order to grow spiritually, lose weight, or run/start a business. They could be killing the energy we need to take daily action. Even worse, they could be keeping us from setting a vision and goals for our lives in the first place. We have to attack these beliefs. But let's start with something concrete: your habits.
